Our May 11 speaker is Dr. Robert Sinibaldi – The title of his presentation will be: Culturally Modified Vertebrate Fossils. It is the final segment of the series of presentations that goes along with the book “What Your Fossils Can Tell You: Vertebrate Morphology, Pathology, and Cultural Modification.” The talk will cover how early Native Americans modified bones, antlers, and teeth, into tools, weapons, jewelry, and other objects.
