Our guest speaker for the month of July is Roger Hostetler. Roger will perform a flint knapping demonstration and bring items with him, possibly including an atlatl. He will talk about the History of Florida and types of Florida materials used in making artifacts. He has been a flint knapper for 20 years and currently works for Sarasota County Utilities.
